Hello Enzo, it's in some sense similar (even if the communication in this case remains local, see https://developers.google.com/assistant/smarthome/concepts/local). In fact, also with IFTTT you would probably call an endpoint (on the device?) to turn on the light. To use IFTTT, the UDP part is not needed, so you can directly use the webserver example for your board.
